Clinic manager

Responsibility:

As a Clinic manager you will be responsible to handle complete clinic setup. Bringing new business from the current market, dealing with all operation works to manage employee and properties properly, the important task is to provide customer satisfaction to the valuable customers.
• Hiring new clinic staffs like nurses & Doctors and coordinate the training of new staff members
• Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
• Manage materials which is essential for treatment and protection
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
• Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
• Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll.
