Secondary Teacher

Responsibilities:

• The corepurpose of this role is to provide professional, highly effectiveteaching standards that will achieve outstanding results in allaspects of Secondary School life.
• Activelycontribute to the School Development/Improvement Plans asappropriate.
• Employ effective preparation ofstudents for the internal/external examinations further ensuringthe integrity of the examinations.
• Monitorconsistency, continuity, and progression in the subject for allstudents through effective assessments and datatriangulation.
• Be responsible for the safetyand well-being of all students with focus on inclusion throughpositive recognition and high expectations for behavior andconduct.
• Strong classroom management with theability to deliver motivating and creative classroomenvironments.
