Recruitment is incredibly fast-pace, requiring hard work, determination and strong business acumen, however the results are particularly rewarding and to be successful you will be someone that enjoys developing relationships with clients, working closely with candidates as well as understanding how to be a key part of a clients’ business plans.

Charterhouse’s focus is on recruiting roles within Sales & Marketing, Technical/Engineering, Finance, HR, Technology and Legal, therefore a genuine interest in one of these sectors is key.
