Supervising of jobs requests related maintenance works of AC, electrical, Plumbing, CCTV, Civil, carpentry, Joinery and painting works
Preparing Preventive maintenance schedule for MEP services and communicating the same to service providers
Supervising of preventive maintenance services of MEP equipment
Preparing and issuing daily work schedules/job cards for inhouse maintenance technicians, providing necessary technical support and supervisor for closing of jobs requests and complaint calls
Inspecting the job requests related to civil, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, painting, joinery works and coordinating with vendors for quotations and submitting to FM manager for review and finalisation
Supervising of 3rd party contractors’ maintenance jobs related to civil, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, painting, joinery and MEP works by ensuring proper HSE practices are followed and quality work is done
Coordinating with procurement team for releasing of LPO’s
Coordinating with vendor and suppliers for quotation related to MEP works and spare parts
Coordinating with mall management for arranging works permits
Arranging necessary materials /spare parts for inhouse team and 3rd party vendor for completion of job requests on time
Inspecting outlets once the works are done and certifying the works for processing payments to vendors
Maintain good relationship with all third parties. Constantly oversee their performance and ensures that they honour their obligations.
