Procurement Administrator

Job Role:
- Responsible analyze and assist in procurement process for all requisition of assets, maintenance and consumables item
- Secure products and services at the best possible pricing without compromising on quality or service
- Close supervision and monitoring of stock levels for the assigned store
- Timely procurement of the items, coordinating with stores and maintaining good business relationship
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to Filipino, Pakistani and Arabic nationals
- Male, 25 to 30 years old
- Bachelor of Commerce or any relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role in facility management or real estate property management
- Must have knowledge of materials and spare parts related to buildings
- Must have experience with accounting system, POS systems and cost and inventory systems
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
