Develop a strong team of Business Consultants to focus on new opportunities and grow new accounts to HBT Direct business in the region.
Coach and train team to demonstrate to customers the ROI from the proposed EPC Projects and win the projects
Allocate and approve all goals for sales professionals.
Provide geographic coordination of sales activities and manage resources to maximize results from identified sales opportunities.
Ensure approved sales process are followed and company procedures are effectively deployed.
Ensure continues update of the SFDC system with all sales related activities including (but not limited to) meeting schedules, meeting notes, contact persons, business plans and project pipelines.
Provide leadership and appropriate sign-off for strategic sales pursuit.
Lead planning and sales forecasting 2% accuracy
Monitor and track sales performance matric.
Analysis of market dynamics and value proposition to target defined customer sets.
Facilitate competitive strategy planning with the team.
