Sales Account Manager - Security Systems

Responsible for the sales revenue and develop appropriate Channels, manage existing partners , training and development.
Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities directly and through system integrators
Develop and maintain relationships with allocated partners and potential customers accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets
Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization
Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales organization
