Senior Manager - Strategic Marketing, LST & New Growth Vectors

Champion the development of growth strategies and effective launch plans for LST and New Growth Vectors
Work closely with the VP/GM to expand into adjacent spaces to drive growth
Develop and implement new application sprints to place bigger bets faster in attractive existing and new spaces
Proactively develop business opportunities, and lead investigation, design, and initial execution of those initiatives
Develop stronger MOS to drive NPI/ BTIs and NPI/ BTI pipeline growth and execution
Develop UOP/LST 3 Year Strategic Plans building on the foundation established to 2X the business
Coach and development talent in the organization
