C-17 Field Service Representative

This position is part of the on-site C-17 Field Services Engineering and Technical Support (FETS) team for the UAE Air Force & Air Defense customer in the UAE.

Position Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex operational problems that require a high level of ingenuity, innovation, and coordination with the UAE customer
• Provide UAE customer troubleshooting & repair guidance; provide assistance with the interpretation of technical documents to ensure the intent and purpose of the documentation is understood and followed
• Provide specialized on-the-job advice by explaining theory of operations and demonstrating basic operating, maintenance, servicing procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
• investigate and pursue courses of action necessary to safely support UAE missions including assistance with spares supply and support equipment when required and document field site activities by preparing and transmitting, publication change requests, continuous process improvement data, and reports to provide status of product/customer issues and developments.
