Job Description
• Lead Talent Acquisition for the project and build a small support team
• Utilize global headhunting expertise and be able to tap into global networks
• Local recruitment for GCC based candidates
• Manage social media and digital recruitment platforms using innovative attraction strategies
• Work with a variety of key stakeholders and line managers across a number of disciplines
• Attract top talent globally and be passionate and knowledgeable about the organization

The Successful Applicant
• Over 8 years recruitment experience with a mix of agency and in house experience
• Recruitment experience in IT, Finance, or professional services will be given preference
• Be able to work autonomously and in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrate global and local headhunting capabilities
• Experience leading and building a team
