What you will be doing:
Oversees the production, preparation and presentation of all Arabic dishes (hot and cold), and ensures highest quality and smooth operation
Monitors the restaurant kitchen control systems to ensure quality standards are maintained
Ensures all colleagues are well trained in their sections
Your experience and skills include:
Professional in Middle Eastern cuisine, both hot and cold
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as Sous Chef in a 5 Star Hotel
Good command of English Language
Knowledge of HACCP and COVID SOPs.
Creative, energetic, customer driven and focused, good team player
