Job Responsibilities:

– Follow the instructions given by the DGM and report to DGM about their day-to-day activities.

– Quality verification of raw materials.

– Responsible for In-process & Final Inspection and Lab Testing according to the specifications.

– Responsible for Administration of calibration programs and corrective actions relating to quality issues.

– To carry out re-inspection of any rejected material.

– Prepares the weekly production plan implement and control.

– Check the daily production reports with reference to availability, performance & quality.

– Check the daily production reports and make sure that the AX system entries are the same.

– Plan for the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of the machines.

– Do the suppliers inquiry regarding raw materials, parts and other materials needed for production & maintenance.

– Check the daily stock position levels of finished goods, raw materials and others related to production maintenance.

– Attend to any machine breakdown and search materials required if it’s not available in the store.

– Finding source for any requirement in materials, spare parts or AMC services and get GM’s approval.

– Make sure that needed and important parts are available whenever required.

– Response to any sister company’s requirement whenever there’s any like local material & spare parts sourcing.

– To stop any unsafe act or spill and report to the Department Head / Management immediately.

– To report any near miss / incidents to the Department Head / Management.

– To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 22000 procedures, policy, manual and formats.

Job Requirements:

– Minimum5 years’ experiencein the production department ofpaper cups manufacturing or paper food packaging products industry.

– Minimum2 – 3 years’ experienceas aProduction In-charge / Supervisor / Manager.

– Age: Below 40 years
