What you will be doing:
• You re multi-talented both quiet admin jobs and co-ordinating the lively goings-on in our lobby will be up to you
• You ll have the best insider tips about the town all memorised, and you ll be available as a contact person for all your guests needs
• You enjoy communicating, whether it s with our guests or with suppliers and partners
• You ll store Guest baggage securely & following hotel policies when requested.
• You ll ensure the transmission of all messages, documents, packages, mails and faxes to all guests and other departments whenever necessary in accordance with established standard and procedures.
• You ll ensure the transfer of all baggage to guestrooms without delay.
• You ll be responsible for the surveillance and cleanliness of the car parks as well as the hotel surrounds.
Your experience and skills include:
• You ve completed a course of training in the hotel business, gained some management experience and can speak English fluently
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
• You re a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
