Relationship Manager

Develop marketing call program to solicit new profitable business relationships for new & existing relationships in his/her area to market & build a solid credit portfolio

by making regular calls on clients and potential clients and documenting these communications in call memos for presentation to higher officials.

Assist in developing alternative strategic financing options for clients & structuring new financing transactions for existing clients.

Examine & resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of each transaction.

Ensure high quality/accuracy of all data/information/analysis included in the presented credit applications/correspondences with related business units/direct reporting.

Achieve financial individual performance targets and contribute to the budgeted business target.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

Minimum 10 years in banking experience.

Sound knowledge of investment appraisals, financial modelling and legal/regulatory environments.

Clear understanding of credit analysis and risk assessments.

Ability to communicate both verbally and in written presentation Good interpersonal skills, Motivation, Resource Management & Marketing oriented skills.

Strong influencing and coaching skills

Capable to organize the workload, meet deadlines and to work under pressure.

Knowledge of interpretation and appraisal of financial statements/feasibility reports

English/Arabic language knowledge is preferable.

Experience of handling large sized corporate accounts.
