PwCProfessional skills and responsibilities for this management levelinclude but are not limited to: Knowledge • Creation Integrateinternal and external knowledge sources into a database/directoryto create a repository of information accessible throughout theLoS Support business KM Champions in settingpriorities and enabling the creation of thought leadershipartefacts in the LoS Work to identify the knowledge assets criticalto enterprise KM Knowledge Capture & Documentation Improvefunctionalities of available tools to meet staff knowledge captureand documentation needs (e.g. reporting functionality on consultingsource to track KM material download) Improve • LoS adoption ofavailable tools to motivate staff on their use Set up thefunctionality that allows upload of KM material against projectcodes and proposal codes to track uploads and thus trackcontribution by
Business Unit Knowledge Sharing Initiate abelow-the-line awareness campaign for new KM processes andrequirements Develop a quarterly KM newsletterto incentivize production and increase awareness Seek outopportunities where knowledge sharing can add value to theenterprise Gain familiarity with PwCs global KM resourcesand disseminate this widely within the Consulting LoS KnowledgeProcesses Define and enable standardised processes to create,collect, store and access KM material Integrate clear andmeasurable KM • KPIs as part of client staff appraisal process acrossall levels Integrate a tracker for KM KPIs on management dashboardsof practices and priority accounts Drive production and regularupdates of new KM material such as practice overviews, practicebrochures, market overviews Coordinate with Business Unit KMChampions to discuss, prioritize and develop thought leadershippieces
