Ensure proper food presentation, food-handling procedures and quality of fresh food and baked goods deliveredMaintain and supervise good customer service as per the standardsProvide feedback and coaching to the team regularly Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution Trains and monitor employees through ongoing feedback, and by conducting performance reviews

Assist in planning regular and special event menu Requirements:Open to Any nationality40 years old and belowBachelor’s degree in any relevant field At least 2 years of experience in the same role with a high-end Italian or Mediterranean fine dining restaurantProficiency in POS, inventory software, restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software etc.Ability to work on a flexible schedule
