What you will be doing:
• Responsible for advertising vacancies on recruitment websites
• Research, plan and participate in recruitment trips to key employment markets
• Conduct interviews with all candidates
• Coach and counsel Department Leaders to formulate effective recruitment and succession strategies including the creation of job descriptions
• Ensure that the recruitment process reflects Accor policy, procedure and values while adhering to U.A.E. Labour Law.
• Ensure all Accor internal recruitment tools are utilized to the fullest extent.
• To organize and attend recruitment and career fairs representing the 25hours
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
Your experience and skills include:
• Minimum of years’ experience in recruitment preferably in a lifestyle brand
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field
• Good time-management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
• An understanding of the hospitality industry is desirable
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
