What you will do for Sectona
Solution Engineering team is involved in all stages of the customer s development lifecycle. You will be engaged in firsthand customer interactions to resolve customer issues. If you have technical depth and desire to work in a dynamic and high growth environment this role is for you. We are looking for great teammates that can build sales presentations product demos and educate customers on the best ways to use our security platform.
- Involved in all stages of the customer s development lifecycle and using presentations email phone and social media to connect with customers
- Building sales presentations product demonstrations and educating customers and partners on the best ways to cloud security technology.
- Provide wellthought out and reliable direction both in technical and nontechnical terms to help customers integrate deploy and maintain the Sectona products.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
- Create process or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base.
Requirements
Skills and Experience you require
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc (CS)
- 4 years of Presales/System Engineer System Engineering in System Integration or OEM background
- 2 years experience in Security Solution System Management Administration or Presales
- Expertise in core Microsoft product stack including Windows Server Windows Workstation Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policies and IIS.
- Experience with VMWare virtual environments AWS Cloud Services or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrate an understanding of risk management security policies and controls user account lifecycle management and rolebased access.
- Excellent relationship management customer service and communication skills in a variety of forms (written live chat conference calls inperson.
- Certifications: CISSP MCSE CPT CEH is a plus
