Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader Outbound Telesales to lead a team of telesales executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales target achievement and team management. They will be responsible for driving performance ensuring sales targets are met and maintaining highquality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of 20 telesales executives ensuring productivity and performance meet company targets.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed outbound sales quotas through effective coaching and motivation.
- Monitoring & Quality Control: Track call performance review scripts and ensure highquality customer interactions.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics prepare reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and streamline workflows.
- Escalation Management: Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining service excellence.
Key Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 35 years in outbound telesales with at least 12 years in a lead role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage mentor and motivate a highvolume sales team.
- SalesDriven Mindset: Proven experience in achieving and exceeding outbound sales targets.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and dialer systems is preferred.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Specify Languages if required.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure sales environment.
