Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft D365 CRM TechnoFunctional Consultant with 57 years of functional experience to join our team in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing CRM Service solutions configuring entities and leveraging automation tools to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize Microsoft D365 CRM Service solutions.
- Configure CRM entities relationships and workflows to align with business requirements.
- Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Provide technical and functional expertise in CRM Service implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRMrelated issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Document configurations processes and best practices for ongoing system improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 57 years of experience in a technofunctional role with Microsoft D365 CRM.
- Strong expertise in CRM Service implementation.
- Handson experience with entity configuration and relationships in D365 CRM.
- Proficiency in Power Automate for business process automation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure integrations and cloudbased CRM solutions.
