We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute multichannel marketing strategies enhance brand positioning and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing campaign management and performance analytics to maximize brand growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy &
- Develop and implement datadriven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across digital social media email and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve positioning.
- Manage brand messaging ensuring alignment with business goals and audience expectations.
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Oversee SEO PPC social media advertising and content marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and customer engagement.
- Lead A/B testing on creatives landing pages and messaging to improve conversions.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Content & Social Media Management
- Develop and oversee content strategies ensuring highquality engaging material across all platforms.
- Manage social media presence influencer collaborations and community engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency in visual identity messaging and storytelling.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track measure and report key marketing metrics including campaign performance lead generation and customer retention.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics CRM platforms and marketing automation to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement optimizations based on datadriven insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing brand management and campaign .
- Strong knowledge of SEO PPC email marketing content marketing and social media strategies.
- Experience with Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Work Arrangement:
