Job Title: Community Outreach
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: AED 2000 per month (Base Salary)
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Outreach to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building nurturing and expanding relationships with local communities organizations and stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing community programs driving engagement and representing the brand at events all while fostering longterm connections with community members and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives.
- Identify key community groups organizations and stakeholders to engage with.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders influencers and partners.
- Represent the company at community events forums and networking activities.
- Manage and oversee community engagement campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community outreach with company goals and values.
- Track report and analyze outreach efforts to ensure effectiveness and impact.
- Organize and execute events or programs that promote community involvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationshipbuilding abilities with diverse communities and organizations.
- Ability to develop and execute outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Experience with social media platforms and community engagement tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Previous experience in community outreach public relations or event management is preferred.
