We are seeking motivated and resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate excellent communication skills in English and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market. If you are enthusiastic about helping clients buy sell or rent properties and have a good personality that builds rapport with clients we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying selling and renting properties providing expert guidance throughout the process.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels including networking referrals and online platforms.
- Present and market properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings negotiate deals and close sales transactions.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends property values and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Prepare and submit relevant paperwork including contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals and agencies to facilitate property sales.
Requirements
- Passion for real estate and a desire to excel in the industry.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Good personality with the ability to connect and build trust with clients.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and property trends.
