We are looking for a detailoriented and eagertolearn Financial Accounting to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to our organization as it supports the financial administration and ensures the smooth processing of financial transactions. You will work alongside a team of experienced and junior professionals gaining handson experience in financial operations and learning best practices within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Handle bank statements and prepare daily payment batches.
- Prepare and manage collection batches.
- Verify and check goods invoices.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Provide financial support and assist with reporting requirements.
- Address adhoc requests and queries from the controlling and commercial teams.
Qualifications :
- Education: Recently completed a diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years work experience in financial administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different financial systems.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Soft Skills:
- A proactive and structured approach to work.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
