Join Partners Success a dynamic company in HSE training and consulting as a Health and Safety Advisor. Youll ensure clients workplaces are safe and compliant guiding effective policies and risk assessments. We value collaboration and proactive problemsolving. We are specifically looking for UAEbased candidates to join a shortterm project (2 months) based in Abu Dhabi.
Tasks
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures tailored to the companys operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for maintaining a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and safety advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective safety policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must.
