We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support our human resources operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment employee relations payroll processing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records contracts and HR databases.
- Process payroll leaves and attendance records.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist with performance management and training programs.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and coordinate HR events and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
- Support in work visa processing and renewals in coordination with PRO services.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role (UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (SAP Oracle or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
