Job Summary:
The Project Manager oversees construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership planning and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients consultants and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage risks and resolve projectrelated issues.
- Ensure proper resource allocation including labor materials and equipment.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in project management in construction or MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Excellent leadership and problemsolving skills.
- PMP certification (preferred).
