Are you an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with expertise in VMware vSphere and HP Synergy Heres your opportunity to join Iconic IT and contribute to a dynamic team ensuring high availability scalability and topnotch performance across enterprise data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design deploy and manage VMware vSphere environments including ESXi hosts and vCenter.
• Administer HP Synergy composable infrastructure (compute storage and networking).
• Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage server hardware (HP ProLiant & BladeSystem servers) with a focus on uptime and redundancy.
• Implement security best practices including access control and network segmentation.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design virtualization solutions that meet business needs.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with VMware vSphere including vCenter and ESXi.
• Strong knowledge of HP Synergy infrastructure and HPE OneView.
• Familiarity with SAN/NAS vSAN vSwitch and virtualization clustering.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills:

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or advanced certifications.
• HPE Synergyrelated certifications.
• Experience with scripting (PowerCLI Ansible) and hybrid cloud solutions.
