About Us:
TREC Recruitment is a dynamic and growing recruitment agency specializing in sourcing highly skilled professionals across diverse industries including Automotive Healthcare IT Hospitality and more. As we expand were looking for a motivated PartTime Remote Recruiter to join our team and help us connect top talent with exciting opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source screen and assess candidates using online platforms social media and other recruitment tools.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify the best candidates.
- Utilize job boards databases and recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn MANATAL ATS) to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to team leaders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online recruitment.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably in online or remote recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of online recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn job boards).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (MANATAL experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience recruiting in industries such as Automotive Healthcare IT or Hospitality is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience with a focus on agency recruiting preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g. Tagalog) are a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred: Candidates with their own UAE visa.
