الوصف الوظيفي
- Supervise and manage the maintenance repair and servicing of all plant vehicles including heavy equipment trailers buses and pickups.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for vehicle operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate with mechanics technicians and external service providers for repairs and spare parts procurement.
- Monitor fuel consumption maintenance costs and inventory of spare parts.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify issues and ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of servicing repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Train and oversee a team of mechanics and maintenance staff to ensure highquality work standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies government regulations and industry best practices.
- Report breakdowns maintenance progress and cost analysis to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Automobile Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 58 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and fleet management preferably in construction facilities management or industrial plants.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment trucks and plant vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and fleet management systems.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of mechanics and technicians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
- UAE Driving License (preferred).
