We are looking for a detailoriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments at our facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying shipments maintaining inventory records and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments deliveries and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with logistics providers suppliers and transport companies.
- Handle shipping documents invoices and customs clearance procedures.
- Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Report damaged or missing goods to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety and shipping regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus).
- 23 years of experience in shipping receiving or warehouse operations (UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of inventory management shipping procedures and logistics software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages when required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime if needed.
