We are seeking a detailoriented and highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will oversee our data systems ensuring data integrity accuracy and reliability. This role requires transforming raw data into structured information which will be analysed to uncover insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will manage the full analysis lifecycle from requirement gathering to report development while continuously optimizing reporting functions and supervising performance and quality assurance processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.

- Data Quality and Integrity:
- Ensure the accuracy consistency and reliability of data throughout its lifecycle.
- Perform data cleansing and review computergenerated reports to identify and resolve errors.
- Data Collection:
- Gather data from multiple sources such as databases APIs and thirdparty sources.
- Maintain and update databases and data systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Reporting Processes Development and Support:
- Create and maintain processes to generate timely and accurate reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Work with departmental managers to gather specific data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their business processes.
- Automated Data Extraction:
- Develop scripts and tools to automate data extraction from websites and digital sources improving data access and efficiency.
- Data Interpretation:
- Analyse complex datasets to detect trends patterns and correlations.
- Use statistical techniques to analyse data and provide actionable insights to inform business strategies.
- Design data dashboards charts and other visual aids to support decisionmaking across the organization.
- Complex Analysis:
- Conduct advanced data analyses using statistical methods to uncover deeper insights and correlations.
- Database Maintenance:
- Manage and update databases ensuring they remain secure accessible and function properly.
- Support data storage and retrieval processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with management to align business priorities with data needs.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to identify and prioritize data analysis requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large financial datasets for companies.
- Strong foundation in statistics and handson experience with statistical software (Excel PowerBI Zoho Analytics).
- Proficiency in data analysis languages such as SQL Python and R.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile structure and analyze large data sets with attention to detail.
- Basic Web Programming language like PHP is optional but would be advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking skills to extract actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to nontechnical audiences.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Management Statistics or a related field is required. Prior experience in data analysis or a similar role is a plus.
