Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daytoday logistics operations for ecommerce orders ensuring smooth order fulfillment from warehouse to customer.
- Collaborate with warehouses suppliers and thirdparty logistics providers to manage inventory levels order processing and shipping schedules.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues that arise during the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments delivery status and inventory levels.
- Ensure that all logistical processes adhere to quality standards company policies and customer expectations.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates tracking information and any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs increase efficiency and improve delivery times.
- Work with the IT team to manage and update logistics systems and software ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends best practices and new technologies in ecommerce logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and environmental standards related to shipping and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination with a focus on ecommerce or retail logistics.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms order management systems and shipping software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills to address logisticsrelated issues and optimize processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including customer service IT and operations.
- Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
