Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Onboard manage and coordinate with more than three recruitment agencies to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Oversee endtoend recruitment activities from job postings to candidate selection ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition solutions to attract and retain highquality candidates.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay updated on market trends salary benchmarks and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating with more than three recruitment agencies at a time.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies HR policies and employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and agencies.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Experience in a group or multicompany environment is highly desirable.
