Head of Production

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
  • Lead mentor and manage the production team ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of excellence innovation and accountability within the production team.
• Event Planning and Execution:
  • Oversee the planning production and execution of events ensuring all elements meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate all production aspects including lighting sound staging AV and technical setups.
  • Handle onsite event operations troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless delivery.
• Project Management:
  • Develop detailed production schedules timelines and budgets for each event.
  • Allocate resources effectively ensuring optimal use of manpower equipment and budgets.
• Client and Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision goals and expectations.
  • Liaise with vendors contractors and suppliers to secure services and equipment required for events.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costefficiency without compromising quality.
• Logistics and Compliance:
  • Ensure all event logistics permits and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Implement risk management plans to handle potential challenges and emergencies.
• Innovation and Quality Control:
  • Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in event production.
  • Continuously enhance production processes and introduce innovative solutions to elevate event quality.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in event production or a similar field with a proven track record of managing largescale and complex events.
  • Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional production teams.
• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Event Management Production or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of technical production elements including lighting sound AV staging and rigging.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Leadership and Communication:
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in building and managing highperforming teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients vendors and internal teams.
• ProblemSolving:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Proficiency in production planning tools and software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel as required for events.
