Guest Service Officer Reception
First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Officer Reception you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

- Greet checkin respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience

Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Additional Information :
Knowing:
- Know the sustainable development actions set up by the hotel;
- Know sustainable development related activities (exhibitions nature outings bike hire parks architecture shops restaurants cooperatives etc.).
- Know access to public transport.
