Job Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Checkin and Baggage Handling: Assist passengers with checkin baggage dropoff and boarding passes.
2. Flight Information and Scheduling: Provide passengers with flight information schedules and travel documentation.
3. Customer Support: Resolve passenger complaints and concerns offering solutions and alternatives when necessary.
4. Airport Navigation: Assist passengers with navigating the airport including directions to gates baggage claims and other facilities.
5. Special Assistance: Provide support for passengers with special needs such as wheelchair assistance or escort services.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma: Required
2. Customer Service Experience: 12 years of experience in a customerfacing role
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to resolve conflicts and think critically
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts including nights weekends and holidays
6. Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages may be required)
