سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيWere seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Campaign Manager to lead marketing initiatives in the MENA region as we scale our SaaS business. This role will focus on building and executing campaigns that drive demand generation pipeline growth and revenue targets particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
As a Campaign Manager you will collaborate across regional and global teams partnering with Sales Product Marketing Brand Digital Marketing and Operations to craft datadriven impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative analytical thinker who thrives in a fastpaced SaaS environment and has a proven track record of executing integrated marketing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
This role reports to the Sr. Director Integrated Marketing MENA and is based in our Dubai office.
What youll do:
Drive the planning budgeting and execution of endtoend integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Own the pipeline goals including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and revenue metrics for both new customer acquisition and crosssell/upsell opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance measure ROI and identify datadriven opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate closely with Sales to align on campaign messaging develop sales plays and drive shared revenue outcomes.
Lead enablement efforts to ensure outbound campaigns effectively support sales objectives and opportunities.
Leverage analytics tools to measure performance and implement strategies to improve engagement response rates and conversions.
Partner with Product Marketing to define gotomarket strategies messaging and segmentation for the region.
What were looking for:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a SaaS or B2B demand generation role with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
Experience planning and managing ABM campaigns leveraging marketing automation CRM and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Salesforce Google Analytics).
Expertise in running multichannel campaigns including digital advertising email marketing and events.
Proficient in using data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategy.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with experience working across sales and marketing teams.
Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; comparable work experience will also be considered.
Familiarity with the SaaS buying process and the MENA business landscape.
Experience in developing campaigns for highgrowth markets particularly UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of ABM tools and frameworks.
