About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and skilled Team Leader to oversee their Vehicle Film Installation team. This role involves leading and supervising the application of Paint Protection Film (PPF) window tinting and vehicle wrapping while ensuring the highest quality of work. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and be currently based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the installation team ensuring efficient workflow and highquality results.
- Perform handson installation of PPF window tint and vinyl wrapping as required.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and maintain service standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the companys quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with management to schedule jobs and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain a safe organized and professional work environment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in PPF installation tinting and wrapping with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of installation techniques and materials.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate or shortterm joining.
- Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality results.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
