Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls emails and other communication channels.
Sales Pitch: Effectively present and promote IT consulting services including CRM ERP software solutions and other technology services.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads and tracking potential clients.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and enhance lead conversion.
Reporting: Document and report sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT Marketing or related fields preferred.
Experience: 2 years of experience in telesales preferably in IT consulting or a related industry.
Nationality: Female candidates preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals over the phone and achieve targets.
TechSavvy: Basic understanding of IT consulting services including CRM ERP and cloud solutions.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for managing leads and reporting.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced and multicultural environment.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
