Senior Project Manager - Design

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Buildings and Places practice in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This role demands exceptional leadership in overseeing all precontract activities for our highprofile projects ensuring meticulous project initiation and establishing a robust foundation for successful execution.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and rigorously manage comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets for the precontract phase ensuring absolute precision and foresight
• Spearhead contract negotiations with clients subcontractors and suppliers with the paramount goal of securing optimal terms and conditions that protect the companys interests
• Execute thorough risk assessments and develop sophisticated mitigation strategies to safeguard project integrity and financial stability
• Orchestrate crossfunctional collaboration to produce meticulously detailed project proposals and bid documents that meet the highest industry standards
• Oversee the meticulous preparation of precontract documentation including technical specifications and scope of work ensuring unparalleled accuracy and completeness
• Enforce strict compliance with local building codes regulations and industry standards throughout the precontract process mitigating legal and operational risks
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and support
• Provide authoritative mentorship and guidance to junior project team members fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement
• Deliver comprehensive and timely status updates and reports to senior management on precontract activities and project pipeline facilitating informed decisionmaking at the highest levels

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of project management experience with a focus on precontract activities
• Proven track record of successfully managing largescale construction projects in the precontract phase
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation risk management and financial planning
• Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel Project and PowerPoint
• Excellent understanding of industry regulations standards and local building codes in the GCC
• Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
