On a given day you will:
- Transform complex financial concepts into visually striking and easily understood graphics
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design intuitive user interfaces for our trading platforms
- Develop and maintain our visual design system ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Create eyecatching marketing materials that capture our brand essence and resonate with our global audience
- Mentor junior designers fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Stay ahead of design trends bringing fresh ideas and innovative techniques to our team

We would love to work with you if you:
- Have 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your versatility and creativity
- Hold a BA/BS in Design or equivalent practical experience
- Are proficient in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and ideally have experience with 3D software like Blender or C4D
- Have a deep understanding of design systems and can create style guides for crossfunctional use
- Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Are experienced in creating designs that work across complex products and multiple platforms
