Job Overview:
We are looking for a detailoriented Ecommerce Associate to manage product listings across multiple online platforms support daytoday ecommerce operations and drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce excellent organizational skills and a passion for improving the online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings across various marketplaces (Amazon eBay etc.) and online store.
- Ensure product information pricing and inventory are accurate and uptodate.
- Process orders track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to improve results.
- Update website content and optimize product visibility on ecommerce platforms.
- Conduct market research to track competitor products and pricing.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth ecommerce operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in ecommerce including managing listings on multiple platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify Amazon eBay etc.).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides etc.) and ecommerce tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, including managing listings on multiple platforms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.). Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and ecommerce tools. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
