الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable including vendor payments and client invoicing.
- Reconcile inventory accounts with warehouse stock and monitor discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and ensure timely submission.
- Oversee cost control related to warehousing transportation and logistics.
- Perform bank reconciliations manage petty cash and ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline inventory tracking and reporting.
- Assist in audits both internal and external ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets depreciation schedules and other financial data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in a warehouse or trading environment.
- Proficiency in Tally QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Excellent understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments especially with warehouse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
