This is a remote position.

Our client is a fastgrowing division with three stateoftheart production sites in Russia Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan producing over 23.5 million tires per year. The company has an ambitious goal to become one of the top ten largest global tire companies by entering new markets such as the Middle East Central Europe North America and Japan. The company is currently looking for an experienced Middle East Sales Manager based in Dubai to lead the Middle East market entry build partnerships and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

Achieving sales targets.
Identifying new clients within the assigned region negotiating contract agreements and building a strong customer base.
Initiating firsttime sales preparing and executing sales plans for the designated territory.
Conducting market research and analysis in the region.
Providing technical and informational support to customers.
Resolving customer complaints and addressing their concerns promptly.
Frequent visits to company partners to ensure compliance with established standards.
Managing financial relationships between clients and the company ensuring timely debt repayments from clients.
Leading a team of two direct reports with potential for future team expansion. Overseeing team activities supervising performance and ensuring the teams objectives are met.
Contributing to the development of a sales strategy for the Middle East region and participating in the creation of a sales budget.
Assisting in organizing marketing support for sales efforts in the Middle East.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher.
At least five years of experience in active sales within the tire industry consumer goods sector or automotive industry.
Proven expertise in business growth and scalability.
Experience in negotiating with clients at various levels (dealers importers retail outlet owners small traders).
Indepth knowledge of the regional market and its sales dynamics.
Minimum two years of successful team management experience.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Willingness to travel frequently.
