Job Title: Quality Controller
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on raw materials inprocess goods and finished products.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Process Monitoring:
Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quality checks and audits.
Prepare reports on quality performance and suggest corrective actions.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
Assist in preparing for external audits and certifications.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns.
Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
Salary:
AED 12000 per month.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Food Technology Biotechnology Chemistry or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or assurance.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
Familiarity with food safety and regulatory standards (e.g. HACCP ISO).
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Key Competencies:
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or assurance.
