Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve procurement and supply chain processes for efficiency speed and cost savings.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations company policies and mitigate supply chain risks.
Demand Forecasting: Analyze market trends and sales forecasts to predict future procurement needs and ensure proper stock levels.
Team Leadership: Lead train and manage a team of procurement and supply chain team to meet operational goals.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on supply chain performance key metrics and procurement activities to senior management.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or similar role. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and organizational skills.
