• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve highquality espressobased drinks teas and other beverages according to company standards.
  
• Customer Service: Greet customers take orders and offer recommendations to enhance their experience.
  
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and process payments through the POS system.
  
• Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the caf area including workstations and equipment is clean organized and stocked.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other baristas and staff to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
  
• Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate on product offerings and promotions to provide excellent recommendations to customers.
  
• Health & Safety: Follow all safety and hygiene procedures maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for both customers and staff.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Must have ( 1 to 3 years experience) in Barista or a passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
  
• Skills: Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  
• CustomerFocused: Friendly approachable and customer serviceoriented.
  
• Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25kg.
