OB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Team Lead in Business Development for an insurance company in Dubai to drive team growth and success meet revenue targets and expand market presence. This role involves managing a team of business development professionals focusing on client acquisition and retention. The position offers a competitive salary with performancebased commissions to reward achieving business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of business development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferably in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in business growth and market expansion.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of UAE insurance market and industry regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead mentor and manage a team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to expand market share in the insurance sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients brokers and partners for longterm success.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business goals with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance provide coaching and conduct reviews.
- Track and report on business development activities to meet KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
