What you will be doing:
- Food preparation and cooking plating presentation
- Receiving and storing product properly; rotating old and new stock
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning following food safety requirements
- Organizes together with the Chef de Partie shifting in the section with regard to miseenplace production and its service
- Takes orders from his/her Chef de Partie and carry them out in the correct manner
- Is responsible for completing the daily checklist regarding miseenplace and food storage

- Able to work in a highpressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
- Kitchen school diploma
